MTS is the good network in terms of its plans like low call rates for both local and STD calls. But it's customer service is not good like other mobile operators. Hope it will be good in coming future.

MTS NETWORK IS VERY GOOD. INTERNET SPEED IS ALSO GOOD.CUSTOMERS CARE IS NOT GOOD THEY DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM. NOT AVAILABLE IN 4G.MTS CUSTOMERS CARE CENTERS SERVICE IS VERY BAD. MTS IS AVAILABLE ON CDMA NETWORK. CDMA MOBILE IS COSTLY AND NOT AVAILABLE EVERYWHERE.
