Bahraich (Hindi: ) (Urdu: ) is a city and a municipal board in Bahraich district in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. Located on the Saryu River, a tributary of river Ghaghra, Bahraich is 125km north-east of Lucknow, the state capital.
