Balaramapuram is a village in the Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala, India. It is considered as the second market hub of Thiruvananthapuram, the first being Chalai market in Thiruvananthapuram city. Balaramapuram is famous as the centre for the production of traditional varieties of handloom textiles meant for the contemporary cloth wearing style of Kerala.
