- 1. The gift card & Insta e-gift voucher can be utilized only at exclusive Bata stores across India. The same cannot be redeemed on the website or any other sales medium.
- 2. The gift card & Insta e-gift voucher can be redeemed only once. The value is as appearing on the face of gift card & Insta e-gift voucher.
- 3. Maximum four gift cards or Insta e-gift vouchers can be redeemed against a single bill.
- 4. If the bill amount exceeds the value of the gift card or Insta e-gift voucher, the excess amount will have to be paid in cash or by using Credit/Debit Card
- 5. If the bill amount is less than the value of the gift card or Insta e-gift voucher, the balance amount cannot be encashed.
- 6. The customer is required to present a gift card or Insta e-gift voucher before the purchase of the item at the store.
- 7. Photocopies of a gift card or duplicate Insta e-gift vouchers will not be entertained. Only valid gift codes at the sole discretion of Bata shall be accepted for redemption. In the event of loss, the bearer of the voucher is responsible and no replacement shall be given.
- 8. This gift card & Insta e-voucher is valid only for 6 months from the date of issue and no refund/ encashment or revalidation would be provided.
- 9. This gift card & Insta e-gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque.
- 10. Once expired, no case of revalidation/extension of the original validity period (as prescribed) will be entertained by Bata India Limited. Also no new gift card & Insta e-gift voucher will be replaced against an expired one.
- 11. Bata India Ltd has the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw, change alter or modify the terms and conditions of this gift card & Insta e-gift voucher at its sole discretion at any time during its validity with or without previous notifications and without assigning any reason.
- 12. The holder of the gift card & Insta e-gift voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary.
- 13. The holder of the gift card/ Insta e-gift voucher is solely responsible for its safe custody. Bata/Affiliates are not responsible for any loss caused to beneficiary on account of redemption by any person other than beneficiary.
- 14. If a gift card & Insta e-gift voucher gets blocked on account of technical issue the gift card/ Insta e-gift voucher would be usable post 72 hours.
- 15. Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the gift card & Insta e-gift voucher have been received, decision of the company shall be final.
