Edavanna is a small village near Manjeri town in Kerala, south India. This village is situated near the banks of Chaliyar Puzha which is the fourth longest river in the Kerala state.Nilambur-Koyilandi SH passes through here.One of the main problem in here is Small roads,Development of Bus stand,Parking facilities. In edevanna one gonvt. school and two aided schools. one unaided college of arts and science,one arabic college were situated near to town.This place tells about the progress in education for all especially for muslim women, who cannot enter to the school in older days.Edavanna tells adout the progress of muslims from beginning to today
