Abdullah Saeed

Major-General Abdullah Saeed was a Pakistani General who served as Commandant of the Pakistan Military Academy at Kakul, Chief Martial Law Administrator for Baluchistan when Zia overthrew Bhutto and later Pakistans ambassador to Mexico and Cuba under Zia-ul-Haq.
