BIOGRAPHY

Adam Richard Sandler professionally known as Adam Sandler made his debut as an actor in the film Going Overboard in 1989. It was in 1995 he gained recognition as an actor with the film Billy Madison. There was no turning back after that and Sandler at present is considered a very bankable star. He has had a good career studded with a lot of awards to his credit. His maiden award was the MTV Movie & TV Awards for Best Fight (vs. Bob Barker) for Happy Gilmore which has since been followed by many more. The iconic films in Sandlers career so far are Billy Madison (1995), Happy Gilmore (1996), The Waterboy (1998), The Wedding Singer (1998), Big Daddy (1999), Mr. Deeds (2002), Punch-Drunk Love (2002), 50 First Dates (2004), Spanglish (2004), The Longest Yard (2005), Click (2006), Funny People (2009), Grown Ups (2010), Just Go with It (2011), Grown Ups 2 (2013), Blended (2014) and Murder Mystery (2019) to name a few. Sandler son of Judith and Stanley Sandler was born on September 9, 1966, in Brooklyn, New York. He attended Manchester Central High School and graduated from New York Universitys Tisch School of the Arts in 1988.
