Alison Brie Schermerhorn professionally known as Alison Brie made her debut as an actor in the series Stolen Poem (2004). It was in 2007 she gained recognition as an actor with Mad Men which gave her stardom. There was no turning back after that and Brie at present is considered a very bankable star. She has had a good career studded with a lot of awards to her credit. Her maiden award was the Screen Actors Guild Awards for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series for Mad Men which has since been followed by many more. The iconic films in Alisons career so far are Scream 4 (2011), The Five-Year Engagement (2012), The Lego Movie (2014), Get Hard (2015), Sleeping with Other People (2015), How to Be Single (2016), The Little Hours (2017), The Disaster Artist (2017), The Post (2017), Promising Young Woman (2020), Horse Girl (2020), and The Rental (2020) to name a few. Alison Brie Schermerhorn, daughter of musician Charles Terry Schermerhorn and Joanne Brenner was born on December 29, 1982, in Hollywood, California. She attended California Institute of the Arts and graduated from there in the year 2005 with a bachelors degree in theater. She then studied at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow, Scotland.
