BIOGRAPHY
Tan Sri Andrew Sheng (born 1946) is a Distinguished Fellow of Fung Global Institute, a Hong Kong-based global think tank. He started his career as an accountant. He served as Chairman of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) before his replacement by Martin Wheatley in 2005.
