Anthony Lee

Anthony Dwain Lee (July 17, 1961 – October 28, 2000) was an American stage, television and film actor. He began his career in the 1980s appearing in numerous stage productions, and in guest roles on television and in films. He was a playwright and had several production workshops of his work in the New City Theater in Seattle, Washington.While attending a Halloween party in October 2000, Lee was fatally shot by a Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) officer. Lees death, and the circumstances surrounding it, garnered significant national and international media attention.
