Brian Boyd

Brian Boyd (born 30 July 1952) is a professor of literature known primarily as an expert on the life and works of author Vladimir Nabokov and on literature and evolution. He is a University Distinguished Professor in the Department of English at the University of Auckland, New Zealand.Born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Boyd emigrated to New Zealand as a child with his family in 1957.
