Carla Gugino made her debut as an actor in the film Troop Beverly Hills (1986). It was in 1993 she gained recognition as an actor with the movie This Boys Life. There was no turning back after that and Carla at present is considered a very bankable star. She has had a good career studded with a lot of awards to her credit. Her maiden award was the Capri-Hollywood Film Festival Award for Capri Italian-American Award which has since been followed by many more. The iconic films in Carlas career so far are Troop Beverly Hills (1989), This Boys Life (1993), Spy Kids trilogy (2001–2003), Night At The Museum (2006), American Gangster (2007), Watchmen (2009), Sucker Punch (2011), San Andreas (2015) and Geralds Game (2017) to name a few. Gugino, daughter of Carl Gugino and Susan, was born on August 29, 1971, in Sarasota, Florida.
