C.H. Greenblatt

Carl Harvey Greenblatt (born June 17, 1972) is an American screenwriter, producer, storyboard artist and voice actor. He has worked on the Nickelodeon series SpongeBob SquarePants, and on the Cartoon Network series The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy and Evil Con Carne. He is best known as the creator of Chowder for Cartoon Network and Harvey Beaks for Nickelodeon.Greenblatt took inspiration for his work from Jim Henson, Dr. Seuss, and Richard Scarry.
