David Kershaw

David Kershaw is a Professor of Law at the London School of Economics, specialising in company law. As well as the author of a leading company law textbook, Kershaws expertise focuses on accounting principles for companies, for which his work on post-Enron regulation received the Modern Law Review Wedderburn Prize, directors duties, takeovers and workplace participation.
