Dayton Callie

​From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.  Dayton Callie is a Scottish American actor, best known for playing Charlie Utter on HBOs Deadwood and Ernie Dell on CSI. He now portrays Police Chief Wayne Unser on Sons of Anarchy.
