Dwayne Johnson fondly known as The Rock made his debut as an actor in the film The Mummy Returns (2001). His popularity from wrestling carried on to his movie career also hence he was successful from his first film. He has had a good acting career studded with a lot of awards to his credit. The iconic films in Johnsons career so far are The Scorpion King (2002), The Game Plan (2007), Tooth Fairy (2010), Fast Five (2011), Journey 2: The Mysterious Island (2012), G.I. Joe: Retaliation (2013), Fast & Furious 6 (2013), Hercules (2014), San Andreas (2015), Fast & Furious 7 (2015), Central Intelligence (2016), Moana (2016), The Fate of the Furious (2017), Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle (2017), Rampage (2018), Skyscraper (2018), Hobbs & Shaw (2019) and Jumanji: The Next Level (2019) to name a few. Dwayne Douglas Johnson son of Ata Johnson and Rocky Johnson was born on May 2, 1972, in Hayward, California. He completed his schooling at Richmond Road Primary School in Grey Lynn, Montclaire Elementary School in Charlotte, North Carolina, Shepherd Glen Elementary School, and Hamden Middle School. He was named as one of the 100 most influential people in the world by Time magazine in 2016 and 2019.
