Frank Kelly

Frank Kelly was born on December 28, 1938 in Blackrock, County Dublin, Ireland as Francis OKelly. He was an actor, known for Father Ted (1995), Evelyn (2002) and Rat (2000). He was married to Bairbre Neldon. He died on February 28, 2016 in the UK.
