Jeffrey "Jeff" Steitzer (born November 28, 1951) is an American voice actor, and a stage actor and director. He is known for being the voice of the Multiplayer Announcer in the video games Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST, Halo: Reach, Halo 4, and Halo 5: Guardians.
