Jess Phoenix

Jess Phoenix is a geologist, and the executive director and co-founder of the nonprofit environmental scientific research organization Blueprint Earth. In 2018 she ran as a Democrat for the United States House of Representatives to represent Californias 25th congressional district, but lost the primary election, coming in 4th place.
