BIOGRAPHY

John Christopher Reilly made his debut as an actor in the film Casualties of War (1989),. It was in 2002 he gained recognition for his performance with the movie Chicago which gave him stardom. He has had a good career studded with a lot of awards to his credit. His maiden award was Florida Film Critics Circle Award for Best Cast for Boogie Nights which has since been followed by many more. The iconic films in Reillys career so far are Days of Thunder (1990), Whats Eating Gilbert Grape (1993), The River Wild (1994), Hard Eight (1996), Boogie Nights (1997), and Magnolia (1999), The Thin Red Line (1998), Chicago (2002), Gangs of New York (2002), The Aviator (2004), Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby (2006), Step Brothers (2008), Guardians of the Galaxy (2014), Kong: Skull Island (2017), and The Sisters Brothers (2018) to name a few. Reilly son of John Reilly, Sr. was born on May 24, 1965, in Chicago, Illinois. He attended Brother Rice High School and then The Theatre School at DePaul University in Chicago.
