American actor, director, and television producer Jon Hamm is popularly known for his portrayal of advertising executive Don Draper for the AMC television drama series, 'Mad Men'. After making several appearances in many TV series, During 2000, he made his feature movie debut in the space adventure movie Space Cowboys. He had gained wide recognition in Mad Men, which earned him the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor in a Television Series â Drama during 2008 and 2016 and the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series during 2015. Jon is of German, English, and Irish descent, and graduated in 1989, after he enrolled at the University of Texas and completed his graduation during 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Hamm had featured in the comedy Keeping Up with the Joneses, alongside Zach Galifianakis and Gal Gadot, and has provided voices for animated movies like 'Shrek Forever After' and 'Minions'. During 1997, Hamm began a relationship with actress and screenwriter Jennifer Westfeldtm whom he had separated from in 2015.
