American actor, comedian and singer, Joshua Ilan Gad is popularly known for voicing the character of Olaf in the animated blockbuster 'Frozen'. He has also appeared in many popular TV shows including Modern Family, New Girl, Bored to Death, and Numb3rs. He has also essayed a fictionalized version of himself on FX's 'The Comedians', alongside Billy Crystal. Born in Hollywood, Florida, Josh had graduated from NSU University School in the year 1999 and attended the Carnegie Mellon College of Fine Arts, where he graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in drama. He made his debut in 2002 with 'Mary and Joe' and has played the role of Elder Cunningham in the Broadway musical The Book of Mormon. He received recognition for voicing the lovable character of Olaf in 'Frozen' and has co-starred as the main character's brother in Zach Braff's 2014 film 'Wish I Was Here'. He has also voiced the character of Bailey in 'A Dog's Purpose' which released in 2017. Gad has essayed the character of Lefou in the 2017 much anticipated live-action film remake of Disney's Beauty and the Beast. Josh is married to actress Ida Darvish in 2008 and has two daughter with her. He considers himself as spiritual but not religious and has participated in the London 2017 Women's March which was held on January 21, 2017.
