Kevin Hulsmans (born 11 April 1978 in Lommel) is a Belgian professional road bicycle racer for Vastgoedservice-Golden Palace.Hulsmans left at the end of the 2013 season, and joined Vastgoedservice-Golden Palace for the 2014 season.
