BIOGRAPHY
Dr Lynette Nusbacher is a strategist and Devils advocate. She was Devils Advocate to Britains Joint Intelligence Committee and founded the Cabinet Offices national security horizon scanning unit. She was a military historian at The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst where she was Senior Lecturer in War Studies.
