Manu Intiraymi (born April 22, 1978) is an American television and film actor and producer. As an actor, he is most known for his work on Star Trek: Voyager (as Icheb) and as Billy on One Tree Hill.His recent producing ventures are the indie films Benjamin Troubles, 5th Passenger and he is currently working on The Circuit.
