Phil Bloom

Phil Bloom (Berkel en Rodenrijs, November 27, 1945) is a Dutch artist, entertainer and actress. She was the first person to appear completely nude on Dutch television, on 28 July 1967, which caused scandal and controversy at the time. She was a member of the Fluxus network.Today she lives in Antwerp.
