Robert Rob Rackstraw (born 31 October 1965) is a British voice actor. He is known for his voice-over work in video games, movies and TV shows. He is also known as The Voice Over Man.As of 2015 he joined the voice cast of Thomas & Friends voicing the characters of Toby in the UK, Stanley in the US and James, Donald, Hugo, Flynn and Bradford in the UK and the US.
