Robert Towers

Robert Bob Towers (born April 29, 1952) is an American actor and voice actor, who has appeared in many television shows, including Star Trek: The Next Generation. He also played Buster the coke snorting Jockey on Its Always Sunny In Philadelphia on season 3 episode the gang gets whacked.
