Sameer Patil is an Indian film director who works in Marathi cinema.Until now he directed three Marathi films but his talent get noticed in Poshter Boyz. It was the blockbuster movie in 2014.in the production of Shreyas Talpade .He also wrote the script of that movie.The film is released in theatres on 1 August 2014.[8] The film is going to remade in Telugu as Poshter Boyz will be Gopi Ganesh and presented by Akshay KumarR&ana Daggubati.His second blockbuster movie release in 2016 Poshter GirlPoshter Girl (Marathi: पोश्टर गर्ल) is a 2016 language film directed by Sameer Patil. Scripted by Hemant Dhome, The Film is produced by Chalo Film Banaye and Viacom18 Motion Pictures starring Sonalee Kulkarni, Jitendra Joshi, Hrishikesh Joshi, Aniket Vishwasrao, Hemant Dhome, Siddharth Menon, Sandeep Pathak,[1] Akshay Tanksale, Anand Ingale and Vaibhav Mangale.[1] The Film is released on 12 February 2016.[4]
