Scott Hutchinson

Scott E. Hutchinson is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania State Senate representing the 21st district. He also served as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 64th District from 1992 to 2013. In 2012, Hutchinson was elected to the Pennsylvania State Senate to succeed retiring incumbent Mary Jo White.
