Colonel Sonam Wangchuk, Maha Vir Chakra is an Indian Army officer, serving with the Ladakh Scouts regiment. He was awarded the Maha Vir Chakra, Indias second highest award for gallantry in the face of the enemy, for his actions during the Kargil War.
