BIOGRAPHY

Michael Sylvester Gardenzio Stallone professionally known as Sylvester Stallone made his debut as an actor in the film The Party at Kitty and Studs (1970). It was in 1974 he gained critical acclamation as an actor with the film The Lords of Flatbush. There was no turning back after that and Stallone at present is considered as a very bankable star. He has had a good career studded with a lot of awards to his credit. His maiden award was the David di Donatello Awards for Best Foreign Actor for Rocky which has since been followed by many more. The iconic films in Stallones career so far are Cobra (1986), Tango and Cash (1989), Cliffhanger (1993), Demolition Man (1993), The Specialist (1994), Escape Plan (2013), Rocky film series (1976–2018), and Rambo films (1982–2019) to name a few. Michael Sylvester Gardenzio Stallone son of Francesco Stallone Sr. and Jacqueline Stallone was born on July 6, 1946, in the Hells Kitchen neighborhood of Manhattan, New York. He attended Notre Dame Academy and Lincoln High School in Philadelphia, as well as Charlotte Hall Military Academy. He then attended Miami Dade College and the University of Miami.
