Tom McHugh

Thomas McHugh (born November 17, 1966) is an American actor and voice actor known for his role as Doug Funnie during its years on ABC as Disneys Doug and its full-length film, Dougs 1st Movie, following Billy Wests departure from the series. He has also played various characters on animated series Gravedale High. He did the voice of Clockwork Mouse in Make Way for Noddy.
