Tom McHugh

Thomas McHugh (born November 17, 1966) is an American actor and voice actor known for his role as Doug Funnie from Doug (Disney) and its full-length film, following Billy Wests departure from the series. He has also played various characters on animated series Gravedale High. He did the voice of Clockwork Mouse in Make Way for Noddy. In 2005 McHugh voiced Brad, A boyscout maggie has a crush on in The Buzz On Maggie. Which turned out to be his final acting role before his retirement from acting in 2007
