A married couple Nisha Mathur (Sharmila Tagore), and her husband Dilip Mathur (Navin Nishchal), purchase a hotel in a scenic locale.. Saat saal baad stars Sharmila Tagore in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Suresh Oberoi, Navin Nischol, Prema Narayan, Chandrashekhar, Siddharth and Roma Manik. The music was composed by Raj Kamal. It was released on 30th July 1987.
