Aayudham is a 2005 Tamil-language Action Drama motion picture written by M. A. Murugesh and Kamaleshkumar. The movie is directed by M. A. Murugesh and produced by Surya Rajkumar under the banner of Mars Entertainment Group in collaboration with Motion Pictures Partners International. Siva, a medical college student, falls in love with his classmate Mahalakshmi. Trouble begins when he fights against a gangster who also falls in love with Mahalakshmi. Aayudham features Vadivelu in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Subbaraju, Rajesh, Janagaraj, Santhana Bharathi, Kalairani and Mansoor Ali Khan. The music was composed by Dhina. Cinematography was done by Aravind Kamalanathan and editing by A. K. Sankar. It was released on 14th January 2005.
