Adhyaksha is a 2014 Kannada-language Comedy Drama film written by Arjun Janya and Prashanth Rajappa. The movie is directed by Nandakishore and Nanda Kishore and produced by B. Basavaraju, A. Venkatesh and B. K. Gangadhar under the banner of Shree Shankara Movies. Chandru (Sharan) likes a school teacher very much named Kalyani (Asmita Sood). But he couldn't express his fondness to her directly.. Adhyaksha stars Sharan, Hebah Patel, Ayyappa P Sharma, P. Ravi Shankar, Chikkanna, Ramesh Bhat and Asmita Sood.
