Alien vs. Predator is a 2004 English-language Action Horror film written by Dan O'bannon, Ronald Shusett, Jim Thomas, John Thomas and Paul W.s. Anderson. The movie is directed by Paul W.s. Anderson and Paul W. S. Anderson and produced by John Davis, Gordon Carroll, David Giler and Walter Hill under the banner of Davis Entertainment Company in collaboration with Brandywine Productions, Impact Pictures and Stillking Films. During an archaeological expedition on Bouvetøya Island in Antarctica, a team of archaeologists and other scientists find themselves caught up in a battle between the two legends. Soon, the team realize that only one species can win. Alien vs. predator stars Sanaa Lathan in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Raoul Bova, Lance Henriksen, Ewen Bremner, Colin Salmon, Tommy Flanagan and Joseph Rye.
