Alif-Laila is a 1953 Hindi-language Fantasy Drama film written by M.r. Nawab and directed by K. Amarnath, Anand Sagar and Prem Sagar and produced by Subhash Sagar under the banner of Sagar Arts airing on DD National. Alif-laila stars Nimmi Nawab Banoo, Asha Mathur, Pran Krishan Sikand, Vijay Kumar, Murad, Gope Kamlani and Tikku. The screenplay is written by Ramanand Sagar which is inspired from One Thousand and One Nights. The music was composed by Ravindra Jain. The film has a running time of 23 Minutes. It was released on 1st January 1953 in Hindi and Urdu languages.
