All the Pretty Horses is a 2000 English-language Drama Romance motion picture written by Cormac Mccarthy and Ted Tally. The movie is directed by Billy Bob Thornton and produced by Billy Bob Thornton and Robert Salerno under the banner of Miramax Films. Two Texas cowboys head to Mexico in search of work, but soon find themselves in trouble with the law after one of them falls in love with a wealthy rancher's daughter. All the pretty horses features Matt Damon in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Pen Lope Cruz, Henry Thomas, Lucas Black, Penélope Cruz, Angelina Torres and J.d. Young. The screenplay is written by Ted Tally which is inspired from All the Pretty Horses by Cormac McCarthy. The music was composed by Larry Paxton along with Marty Stuart and Kristin Wilkinson. Cinematography was done by Barry Markowitz and editing by Sally Menke. The motion picture has a running time of 117 minutes. It was released on 25th December 2000 in English and Spanish languages.
