Amara is a 2014 Tamil-language Drama motion picture written and directed by Jeeva Shankar and produced by Arya under the banner of The Show People in collaboration with Vignesh Pictures. A jobless youngster who comes to Madurai to help his aunt, a vegetable vendor, with her business ends.. Amara features Sathya and Miya. The music was composed by Ghibran. Cinematography was done by Jeeva Shankar and editing by Sathish Suriya. It was released on 28th February 2014.
