Ammayi Bagundi is a 2004 Telugu-language Romance Drama film written by Kondapaneni Muralidhar and V Vamsi. The movie is directed by Balasekaran and produced by Dega Deva Kumar Reddy under the banner of Dega Arts. Ammayi bagundi stars Meera Jasmine in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Sivaji Sontineni, Ali, Dasari Brahmam, Rajan P. Dev, Hema and Siva Krishna. The screenplay is written by Balasekaran which is inspired from Parthiban Kanavu. The music was composed by Sreelekha along with M. M. Srilekha. Editing was done by K.Ramesh. It was released on 16th July 2004. After an initial clash of personalities, the two become fast friends, and find that there are in love with each other.
