Anarchist from Colony is a 2017 Korean-language Biography Drama film written by Hwang Seong-gu and directed by Lee Joon-ik and produced by Kim Sung-cheol. Life of a upcoming Korean patriot Park Yeol, who formed the anarchist organization Black Wave during the Japanese colonial period and attempted the assassination of the Japanese Crown Prince Hirohito. Anarchist from colony stars Lee Je-hoon in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Choi Hee-seo, Lee Ji-hoon, Soo-jang Baek, Moon Choi, Ju-seon Eo and In-woo Kim. The music was composed by Bang Jun-seok along with Kang Eun-koo. Cinematography was done by Park Sung-joo. The movie has a running time of 129 minutes. It was released on 28th June 2017 in Korean and Japanese languages. The motion picture made a box office gross of $16 million. Distribution rights for the motion picture were acquired by Megabox Plus M.
