Angelas Ashes is a 1999 English-language Drama film directed by Alan Parker and produced by David Brown and Scott Rudin under the banner of Paramount Pictures in collaboration with Universal Pictures, Scott Rudin Productions, David Brown Productions and Dirty Hands Productions. Angelas ashes features Emily Watson in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Robert Carlyle, Joe Breen, Ciaran Owens, Michael Legge, Ronnie Masterson and Pauline Mclynn. The screenplay is written by Laura Jones and Alan Parker which is inspired from Angela's Ashes by Frank McCourt. The music was composed by John Williams.
