Anji is a 2004 Telugu-language Action Adventure movie written by Satyanand and directed by Kodi Ramakrishna and produced by Shyam Prasad Reddy. Orphaned Arjun lives a poor lifestyle in an ashram along with his mentor, known simply as Guruji, and several other younger orphans in a forest region.. Anji features Chiranjeevi in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Namrata Shirodkar, Tinnu Anand, Nagendra Babu, Bhupinder Singh, M.s. Narayana and Rami Reddy. The music was composed by Mani Sharma. Cinematography was done by Chota K. Naidu. The motion picture has a running time of 148 minutes. It was released on 15th January 2004. Anji was made on a budget of ₹18 crore. At the 2005 National Film Awards It won an award for Best Special Effects.
