Karibasaiah under the banner of The Girija Productions Ltd. Anna tangi stars B. Jayamma in the title role along with B. Saroja Devi, Vidyavathi, Lakshmidevi, Balkrishna, Saroja Devi B., Rajkumar and Lakshmi Devy in supporting roles. The screenplay is written by K. R. Seetharama Sastry. The music was composed by G. K. Venkatesh. Cinematography was done by K. Prabhakar and editing by Bal G. Yadav and Thathayya. The motion picture has a running time of 140 min. It was released on 15th April 1958.
