Aquaman 2 is a 2022 English-language Action Sci-Fi film directed by James Wan and produced by Peter Safran and Rob Cowan under the banner of Warner Bros. Pictures in collaboration with DC Entertainment, Cruel and Unusual Films and The Safran Company. Aquaman 2 stars Jason Momoa, Amber Heard, Willem Dafoe, Patrick Wilson, Dolph Lundgren, Yahya Abdul-mateen Ii and Nicole Kidman. The screenplay is written by David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick and Will Beall which is inspired from Aquaman by Mort Weisinger Paul Norris. The music was composed by Rupert Gregson-williams. Cinematography was done by Don Burgess and editing by Kirk Morri. The film has a running time of 143 minutes. It was released on 16th December 2022. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by Warner Bros. Pictures.
