Archie and His New Pals is a 1969 english-language Animation Comedy motion picture written by Jack Mendelsohn, George Gladir, Jim Ryan, Bill Danch, John L. Goldwater and Bob Montana. The movie is directed by Hal Sutherland and Shyamaprasad and produced by V. V. Babu under the banner of Srishti Films. Archie and his new pals features Rajit Kapur in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Shobana, Srividya, Praveena, Madhupal, Madambu Kunhukuttan and Dal Mckennon. The screenplay is written by Shyamaprasad which is inspired from Agnisakshi by Lalithambika Antharjanam. The music was composed by Kaithapram Damodaran. Cinematography was done by Alagappan N. and editing by Beena Paul. The movie has a running time of 100 minutes. It was released on 14th September 1969.
