Armored is a 2009 English-language Action Crime motion picture written by James V. Simpson and directed by Nimrod Antal and Nimr D Antal and produced by Josh Donen and Dan Farah. A newbie guard for an ard truck company is coerced by his veteran coworkers to steal a truck containing $42 million. But a wrinkle in their supposedly foolproof plan divides the group, leading to a potentially deadly resolution. Armored stars Matt Dillon in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Jean Reno, Laurence Fishburne, Amaury Nolasco, Milo Ventimiglia, Skeet Ulrich and Columbus Short. The music was composed by John Murphy. Cinematography was done by Andrzej Seku a and editing by Armen Minasian. The motion picture has a running time of 88 minutes. It was released on 4th December 2009. Armored was made on a budget of $20 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $22 million. Distribution rights for the motion picture were acquired by Screen Gems.
