Ashke is a 2018 Punjabi-language Drama Romance motion picture written by Dheeraj Rattan and Amberdeep Singh. The movie is directed by Amberdeep Singh and produced by Karaj Gill, Talwinder Hayre and Munish Sahni under the banner of Rhythm Boyz Entertainment in collaboration with Hayre Omjee Studios. Ashke is a film about the cultural dance Bhangra, and also revolves around families, relationships and fun-loving comedy. Ashke features Amrinder Gill in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Sanjeeda Sheikh, Sarbjit Cheema, Jaswinder Bhalla, Roopi Gill, Hobby Dhaliwal and Sehaj Sahib. The screenplay is written by Dheeraj Rattan. The music was composed by Jatinder Shah along with Gurcharan Singh.
